Lips sealed

Went to the gym last night, pretty much enjoyed it, booked in for a review with my instructor, 09:00 Saturday. I want to know why my £35 a month isn't reducing the size of my waist. Not that I'm 'that' fat to be honest, I'm currently 84kg and have a 36" waist, all I want to do is get back down to a 34" waist...but it just doesn't seem to be happening.

Spent 3 hours on a teleconference this morning, not in the mood to talk hard today.
